Factory Second Appliances

All factory seconds come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Brand New Appliances

All brand new appliances come with a minimum 2 year parts and labour manufacturer’s warranty, with the following exceptions:

Simpson Dryers

Simpson clothes dryers come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Mitsubishi Fridges

All Mitsubishi fridges come with a 5 year full parts and labour warranty.

LG Washing Machines

Selected LG washing machines come with a standard 2 year warranty (parts and labour) and then an additional 8 year warranty for the Direct Drive motor (parts only).

Fisher & Paykel Washing Machines

Selected Fisher & Paykel washing machines come with a standard 2 year warranty (parts and labour) and then an additional 8 year warranty for the Smart Drive motor (parts only).

Changhong Fridges

Selected Changhong fridges come with a standard 2 year warranty (parts and labour) and then an additional 8 year warranty for the compressor (parts only).

Appliances Used in a Commercial Setting

Any appliances that are used in a commercial setting have a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty.

Audio Visual Products

All audio visual products come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

What Happens if You Need to Lodge a Service Call?

If your product is under warranty, please contact us on: (02) 9890 9996 or send us an email.

Depending on the brand, we will either contact the manufacturer on your behalf to lodge a service call, or we will give you the manufacturer’s details so you can contact them directly.

Onsite Warranty

All whitegoods, cooking appliances, air conditioners, hot water systems, room heaters and TVs (32” and above) have an onsite warranty, which means the factory will send a technician onsite to perform any warranty repairs (metro areas only).

Return to Base Warranty

All computers and small appliances (including kettles and microwaves) have a return to base warranty, which means the product will need to be returned to the place of purchase or the manufacturer’s authorised service centre.

 

We offer 4 delivery options:

1. FREE door-to-door delivery
This option is available in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth. ‘Door-to-door’ means we will deliver the item to your front door, and then leave you to unpack and install.

2. Delivery, connection & old appliance removal (NSW only)
Sydney Metro
This option is available in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth. ‘Door-to-door’ means we will deliver the item to your front door, and then leave you to unpack and install.

Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong
The cost for delivery to these areas ranges from $39.95-$79.95, depending on the size of the item. We use our own delivery drivers in these areas, which means we can also unpack the new item and take the old item away (if it has been disconnected). We can also connect non-technical items (i.e. front and top-loading washing machines, fridges, and freezers. Dryers can be connected only – this service does not extend to wall mounting).

3. Delivery, connection & old appliance removal (Electrolux products): $59.95
This option is available in metro Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth – to customers who purchase Electrolux, Westinghouse, Chef, Kelvinator or Simpson products. It involves delivery of the new appliance, unpacking, removal of all rubbish, removal of the old appliance, and connection. (Please note: free connection is for non-technical items only. Offer excludes hot water systems, air-conditioners, cooking appliances, audio & visual products, dishwashers and wall-mounted clothes dryers).

This particular service is offered by Electrolux – who will deliver the product straight from their warehouse to your home.

4. Deliveries to Tasmania, Northern Territory & regional areas
The Northern Territory, Tasmania and non-metro areas of Australia are not eligible for free delivery or free connection. However we can still deliver to these areas (for a fee) – contact us on (02) 9890 9996 for an accurate and competitive delivery quote.

Please note that all our national and local deliveries are fully insured and can be fully tracked during transit.


Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
When you make an order, a member of our customer support team will contact you and provide an estimated time of delivery. Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

The day before your item is due to be delivered, we will give you a call. On the morning of delivery, our drivers will call to provide a 2 hour delivery window – and call again 20 minutes on approach.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Do you deliver on weekends?

I ordered a range hood from Electro seconds and it arrived promptly. When we went to install it we realised that it wasn't going to fit! I spoke to Electroseconds and they were happy to order in an alternate brand that would fit, and allowed me to just swap over the range hoods. I couldn't have been happy - I could very well have been stuck with a brand new range hood I couldn't use, and they didn't even make me feel silly!

I have been searching for a small fridge on the internet and recently I noticed all the prices going up until found Electro Seconds who were able to supply the model with a direct delivery from the manufacture but would take a couple of days which I required for the new Year.Jaisen Felstead recommend another model same brand very similar size which was available now and was more efficient to run. I was hesitant at first but Jaisen Felstead was easy to deal with no push and for only four dollars extra. I purchased the item as there was no extras i.e. no delivery charges, take away the packaging and the old fridge.
I requested a delivery day which was a Monday the normal spool ring the day before ring when nearby with exact time well that all happened which I was presently surprised as I didnt expect a call Sunday late afternoon.

They also rang when they were down the road and gave me an estimate on when they would arrive perfect.The two guys turned up introduced themselves who were friendly, polite and proceded to deliver the item unpacked took away the packaging and the old fridge nothing was a problem.Also assisted my daughter drive out of the house. As I have worked in customer service in a similar field to have everyone doing as they were requested and happy about doing their job is also a reflection on management.
I would happily recommend Electro Seconds to anyone who requires service as well as best price.

. He answers all emails promptly no matter what the time of day or night it is. Behrouz will always provide honest advice on product and warranty queries and will always match or beat a genuine competitors price. Their delivery section call in advance to notify of delivery and they install and take away(if you want) the old product. We recently purchased a Westinghouse Refrigerator (A seconds with a few small dings) but in perfect running order at a very reasonable discount on the new price. Behrouz kept his store open for us a few minutes after closing, because we had travelled some distance. We had it installed and running two days later, eliminating much food wastage. Recently made a purchase for a new side by side fridge. Best price I found.
Transaction was made on Wednesday and goods delivered on Sat as promised by friendly staff. Service was exceptional. Received several calls to confirm delivery times and was delivered promised time.
The delivery guys were extraordinary, probably the most helpful and friendly delivery people I've ever experienced. Went out of their way to remove and reattach my door as the fridge was a little too big. Then meticulously leveled the fridge as my floor was uneven. Didn't get their name so please send them my regards.
Over all exceptional experience. Will definitely buy from them again!

I recently purchased 4 all brand new Total around $4500. The prices were the best I could find - plenty of others who could not match Electro Seconds prices; Electro Seconds their delivery men are the most punctual, polite and helpful I have ever met - seriously - they will do anything to help you. They ring the day before with a 2 hour timeframe, then again on the day letting you know approx time... then an hour before with an exact time!
The oven delivery was delayed at it had to come from SA, but I was advised it wasn't in stock at time of order and kept up to date. Like another poster said, sometimes these things are out of Electro Seconds' hands (eg. manufacturer delays in deliveries). Also, I had a slight hiccup with my paid install, and instead of arguing like most places do, Baz sent the guys to check/modify the day after. All of this - buying and sorting out - over the phone. When I did complain, I was called back by Baz within 5 minutes.  That's how you judge service - how they fix something when it isn't quite right - these were amazing.
Think of how David Jones' used to be with service - that's what these guys are like - but with the best price around as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I'll be back!
