What are our Factory Seconds?

Our Factory seconds include,carton box damaged,new run out models,deleted models or products with cosmetic imperfections,eg small scratch/dent.

Do you have a delivery service,is there any charge involved?

Yes our inhouse delivery team,delivers,unpacks and install your new appliance is not the same day the next day,given you are available,All for $39 for house and $49 for units.

too busy during weekdays? no problems...we deliver 7 days a week,including saturdays and sundays.Last year we even delivered on christmas day,so dont be shy if you have a special request.

(We also can remove your old disconnected items at a small fee usually $10-$15)

Do you only sell factory seconds,how about brand new appliances?

YES! nearly 40% of our stock is now brand new with just a small carton box damaged.Full Manufacturer's warranty is provided and extended warranty is also available upto 5 years.

Our brand new appliances are priced extremely competitively,buying direct from the manufacturer means that we dont pay commision to the middle man and a savings of around 50% off normal retail prices,is a type of a discount you would expect to see around our stores.

is there a manufacturer's warranty on your appliances?

YES! manufacturer's warranty is provided on all factory seconds and brand new appliances,generally the minimum factory warranty is 12 months but majority of products have 24 months warranty on them.

Extra piece of mind warranty can be also purchased from an extra $69 for a 5 year warranty upgrade.

what are your trading hours?

We are open 7 days a week and pretty much 365 days a year,in the last 4 years we were even open on christmas day and new year's so if you need something from us,the chances are we are open!

our trading hours are as follows :

MONDAY to SATURDAY : 9am-6pm

THURSDAY : 9am-8pm

SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS : 10am-4pm
