Delivery Service
At Electro Seconds,we have an inhouse team of delivery drivers who are actuall employees,unlike our competitors who hire careless contractors to perform deliveries,we know and understand an easy,efficient and friendly delivery service is as important as a great price and a great service.
Our Delivery team takes care of all our deliveries 7 DAYS A WEEK!
We even deliver on Saturday and sunday at No extra charge (Sydney customers only)
Our delivery service on appliances start from $29 on small items and can vary between $39-$49 on larger laundry & Kitchen appliances.
Organising the delivery of your new appliance is very simple,basically just nominate your preferred delivery day at the time of purchase with your sales assistant and you can even indicate if you would prefer your delivery to be in the AM or PM.
Our drivers will ring you in the morning of your selected delivery day to give you a 2 hour time frame that would receive your new appliance and we also phone you 30 minutes on approach.More advance notice can also be organised,simply instruct your sales assistant and we will take care of the rest.
When we deliver your new appliance,we will unpack it from its packaging,install and set it up for you,except cooking appliances which requires qualified electricians/plumbers to do so.
We also will remove your old disconnected item if you would like us to do so at an extra $10.
Payment Options
At Electro Seconds we offer a wide variety of payment methods to conveniently pay for your new purchase.
We accept VISA,MASTER CARD,BANK TRANSFER,PAYPAL,CASH ON DELIVERY or CASH ON PICKUP.
Personal and company cheques can also be used however the delivery or pickup of the product can not be done untill the cheque clears into our bank account,which generally it takes 3 working days.
Layby,Returns/refunds and exchanges
LAYBY--
At Electro Seconds Factory Outlet,we offer a layby system which means your favourite product can be reserved aside for you for upto 8 weeks depending on the product,
to kickstar your layby we require a 20% deposit.
We understand that everyone's financial situation is different so if any of the above requirements do not suit your needs or financial situation,please feel free to speak to one of our sales assistants/products specialists.
RETURNS/WARRANTY CLAIMS--
At Electro Seconds,we offer a 7 day D.O.A policy which means if your product is faulty,not fit for its purpose or not as described you are entittled to a refund or an exchange if you wish.
If your product becomes mechanically faulty within 7 days of purchase and not physically damaged in any way,please contact your nearest store to organise refund or exchange if you wish.
After the 7 day period all warranty claims or returns will have to be handled by the manufacturers direct.
to ensure all our customer are getting looked after as much as possible Please contact your store of purchase so we could handle and assist in lodging any of your warranty claims.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES--
Please note at Electro Seconds Factory Outlet,as we are a clearance centre we do not refund or exchange unless required by law or authorised by staff members.
