Discovered Electro Seconds during a web search for an upright frost free freezer. Price was way below other sites (& I checked out a lot!). I used the email link on Electro Seconds website about seeing the freezer at their Glendenning outlet & within 1/2 hour, received a friendly, professional & helpful response from Behrouz at their Parramatta outlet. Their Glendenning outlet is closer to me, & Behrouz had thoughtfully forwarded a copy of his response to Glendenning & when we arrived there Sunday lunchtime, Sam provided more friendly & helpful service in purchasing, & arranging a delivery time that was suitable for us on Tuesday. (Although they are 'Electro Seconds', they also sell new items, which our freezer was.)

Behruz rang on delivery day to confirm arrangements. We later received a call from Glenn the delivery guy to let us know his expected arrival time, which was spot on. He unpacked, set up the freezer & removed all the packaging, with the Electro Seconds trade mark of super friendly helpfulness & efficiency.

We're thrilled with the freezer, the price (which beat everywhere else hands down), and above all the outstanding overall service provided by Electro Seconds. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

 I want to compliment Bauruse (sorry about the spelling...please correct me).

 He was exceptional in his manner and patience which resulted in me purchasing a Bosch Front Loader on 9th March 2011.

 I discovered your store when I was looking at one of your other items listed on ebay.

 On visiting your store in person I found the more expensive but equally more desirable Bosch.

 I 'slept on it' as they say and phoned the next day to arrange a cash purchase and immediate pickup.

 The transaction could not have been easier. My boys came down with a ute and by the time I got home from work it was in my laundry ready for action!

 this weekend I phoned to check on the serial number of the washer for warranty registration and again I enjoyed the same genuinely pleasant customer service.

 I WILL be back when the need arises and in the mean time I will be spreading the word about your business.
